  2. I am concerned that a globally negative view of our oil sands will harm future development of the great resource. This unconventional oil may require more energy to mine and refine however does it require as many fossil fuels when comparing how much it costs to ship over oil from the middle east?

  3. I think the AB gov needs to explain that to ppl Greg. I agree, but it really gets me going when nobody stands up for Alberta's enviro record when they need to. Case in point: copenhagen.

  4. I would just like to say that I am extremely disappointed to see that water was not mentioned anywhere in the Premier's mandate letter to Minister Renner this recent cabinet shuffle. Clearly this isn't a priority for Alberta Environment! It should be though!
